As a credentialed middle school health teacher and Framingham State University food and nutrition graduate student, I am passionate about healthy eating. I have taught nutrition as part of my health education curriculum for the past 7 years. However, many of my students’ parents have expressed their concerns about the high cost of healthy foods. They want to feed their families healthy meals that are tasty and affordable, but often don’t know how.
I decided to create this blog for my class project in order to help parents provide healthier and cost-saving meals for their families.
